Celebrating Mike Conley's Game 2 comeback on May 5, 2015...it was a very emotional comeback, wasn't it? Given his face fracture, it was a miracle that he scored 22 points (the best score of that game) and beat Golden State Warriors at Oracle Arena. This is important because there is some sort of victory dogma related to Golden State Warriors playing homegame.
So, I decided to go shopping as a Grindhouse fan.
Tee: Majestic Memphis Grizzlies Women's Heart and Soul Slim-Fit T-shirt
Pants: GU
Shirt dress: Uniqlo
Bracelets: GU
Sandals: Paseos
Note that the shopping bag has Grizz imprinted on it!
Paseos is a chain store offering cheap apparels, just like Shimamura. I love this sandals' thick sole. It enables to walk with stability while looking taller. Not lightweight as sneakers, but still, I can walk smoothly.
Lately I am hooked on wearing socks with sandals. I know it is a controversial style, and many fashionistas abhor this method; however, after studying medical translation and becoming aware of hygiene issues, I can never wear sandals with bare feet. Besides, I do not like showing bare skin.
In the picture above, I am wearing navy blue lame fabric crew socks.
While I was watching postgame press conference on that day, I discovered something amusing. I think Marc Gasol was wearing Kame-Sennin (aka Master Roshi) logo-t. At least, I could recognize a picture of a bald, bearded old man with sunglasses printed on. Since I had to go out at that moment, I could not watch the whole press conference to confirm if it was truly Kame-Sennin. It would be so interesting if it really was.
