We used to drive to countryside at initial period when we bought our mirrorless camera to take pictures of rustic landscapes. We somehow quit doing the rural joyride during last few months, but decided to restart it again.
Not only because folksy scenery heals our minds but also because we found it fun to drive bang up against SEVEN-ELEVEn to draw "Attack on Titans" raffle.
Partly for photographs and partly for raffle, last weekend, we drove to Oku-Musashi area, that is, northwestern part of Saitama Prefecture.
As you can tell from the title and the first picture, I finally managed to win Eren's figure.
This is how he looks without the package.
I placed him on top of the shelf along with Levi's figure.
I also won another sticky note; I had not procured the purple version, so am glad I could take one home.
I was also searching for Krista and Ymir's version of satin stickers. Fortunately, there was one left at Moroyama town's store.
By the way, this is what I wore for the joyride.
Hat: adidas Indiana Pacers Wordmark Adjustable Hat
Stole: Uniqlo
T-shirt: Majestic Indiana Pacers Women's Heart & Soul Slim-Fit T-Shirt
Flannel shirt around the waist: Uniqlo
Jeans: C17 Edwin
Sneakers: Nike Internationalist
The buffalo-check products of "blue and gold" were purchased during different seasons; the shirt was on sale in winter while I bought the stole last Sunday. I thought them as ideal ingredients to exhibit my passion for Pacers.
A closer look at upper body...I dabbled at Mikasa's way of wearing a scarf, adding volume around the neck. This way, your face looks smaller.
Lastly, I will post the pictures taken at Oku-Musashi. We visited Kamakita Lake a.k.a Maiden's Lake. They say cherry blossoms are splendid during springtime.
I thought early summer's lush vegetation around the lake was beautiful, too. The shiny leaves were almost transparent green due to the faint sunlight just before the beginning of rainy season.
